Working alongside domiciliary care agencies, we are offering carers a referral fee of £1,000 for every client of theirs who becomes a homeowner at a Platinum Skies property.

To refer a client to a Platinum Skies community

You and your client can enjoy a free cuppa and cake in the bistro – on as many occasions as they like!

Step 1

Ask your client to call us on the number below and mention your name when speaking with our friendly team.

Step 2

One of our relationship managers will give your client a call to confirm an appointment and chat through available options with them.

Step 3

As a thank you for the recommendation, we will give you £1,000 (inclusive of VAT), payable to you on completion of their Platinum Skies property purchase.

Terms & Conditions:
To receive £1,000 (the referral fee) you must refer someone (a client) to us who then goes on to legally complete on a new property on one of our developments. Platinum Skies reserves the right to claim back any referral fee applied through Refer a Client if fraud or abuse is suspected or a referral fee is paid in error. If your client is on our database on the date we are notified of the referral then you will not be eligible for a referral fee. At the time of the referral, your client must not have already been recommended by anyone else. The referral fee will be paid by bank transfer which will be issued to you within 28 days of your friend completing their property purchase. Referral fees will not be applied retrospectively. By providing us with your contact details you agree that we will use your personal data to administer Refer a Client. If you pass your client’s details to Platinum Skies, you confirm that you have your client’s permission to do so. This offer is available in conjunction with other offers. Platinum Skies reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time.
