The unique support Senior Move provide can support you every step of the way. They will work with you to understand what you need help with (and what you don’t!) to create a tailored plan for your move.
Before you move, we can help you de-clutter and sort out what you want to bring and what to get rid of. Then we’ll carefully pack up, transport everything and help with the unpacking at your new home. The team will take care of all the heavy lifting, so you don’t need to lift a finger.
As well as sorting and packing physical belongings, there’s always paperwork and administration to deal with when you move home. We can help with switching your supply address for utilities, contacting the local authority, doctors, dentists and other organisations to change address, and liaising with solicitors, estate agents etc.
Once the van’s been unloaded, support is still on hand. Your Senior Move coordinator can help you get settled into your new home by unpacking and organising essential belongings, setting up furniture, and ensuring the space is functional, comfortable and safe. Not every box needs to be unpacked immediately but they’ll help you unpack the things you want to hand straight away.
