Prices start from £105,500 for an apartment in Espirit and £150,000 for an apartment in Vista, based on the buyer paying 50% of the property’s full market value. The homes in Poole are made affordable as part of a government-backed shared ownership scheme delivered in partnership with Homes England.

Mike Lyons, Operations Director, said: “As the government lockdown restrictions ease, we have a long list of people looking to move into a home in Poole. They have told us that they have been stuck in their family home which is now more than they need and they are looking to take the next step towards a more independent, financially-secure future.”
