A recipe for retirement success

We recently offered our guests the chance to sit back and relax with a free cookery demonstration and tasting event. Taking place at Esprit on High Street North in Poole and Chapters in Salisbury.

Visitors and residents enjoyed first-class cuisine and beverages at the bistro restaurants. Visitors also get the chance to meet the dedicated lifestyle team and learn about the different services available to residents.

The guest chef for the day was Christian Ørner, a leading private chef and chocolatier. Christian also runs the Poole based company, SALT Cø.

Mike Lyons, Operations Director for Platinum Skies, said: “We were excited to welcome everyone to our impressive bistro and communal lounge at Esprit and Chapters, which served up a day of cooking, laughter, delicious food and fun. These are all popular ingredients amongst our residents and enhances their retirement.”

David Hines, Chief Operating Officer of Platinum Skies, added: “Just like every Platinum Skies location, the fantastic facilities allow residents to share their passions and interests. We like to have a good time together and this has the added benefit of helping prevent many of the degenerative conditions that can stifle the enjoyment of retirement.”

An active retirement lifestyle is just one of the many benefits of Platinum Skies new site Esprit, on High Street North. The site features a stylish collection of one and two bedroom apartments.

A beautiful range of apartments are available on a shared ownership basis, as part of the local company’s pioneering an accessible and affordable route to a dream retirement.
